As per the latest guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, eCommerce sellers can start delivering non-essential items in the Orange and Green zones from May 3rd, 2020.
For Red Zone locations, we will pick up both essential and non-essential goods if the pincode is outside of a containment zone, and the seller’s warehouse is permitted to open. However, delivery of non-essential items in red zones will still not be allowed.
(Important: No eCommerce deliveries are allowed in containment zones.)
